We offer Custom Screen Printing, Dye Sublimation,
DTF transfers and Heat Transfer Vinyl.
If you are interested in screen printing we will need your logo/artwork in a VECTOR FORMAT, either .ai, .eps or true .pdf. We require most logos to be in a vector format (points not pixels) for high quality results.
We can help with simple projects but typically we do not have the staff on hand to create designs for you. For DTF and Sublimation we can use other types of files.
Please ensure artwork is print ready.
1) File in .ai, .eps, .pdf ~ file must be vector
2) All text must be outlined within the design.
3) Minimum line weights- 1 pt. line weight,
2 pt. negative area, 2 pt. outline weight

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
SCREEN~PRINTING
Screen printing is the most economical process for large bulk orders of custom T-shirts.
Ideal for simple designs with few colors, the process involves transferring a stenciled design on a flat surface with ink, a mesh screen/stencil, and a squeegee. For a multi-colored design, it is necessary to apply each individual color with a separate screen/stencil. Screen printing has higher minimum quantity requirements than other printing methods because of the high cost and time of initial setup.
Minimum Qtys:
24 pc minimum for 1 color design/1 location
48 pc minimum for 2+ color designs/1-2 location
Prices vary based on:
1) Chosen garments
2) Number of colors in your design (ea screen/color $35)
3) Number of print locations
4) Quantity
4) Color of garment (black and dark garments require addtl cost/extra coat)

DTF TRANSFERS
For small orders full color detailed designs we offer Direct-to-Film transfers. This process uses specialized printers to apply ink onto a thin film which is then backed by an adhesive powder. The adhesive-backed ink is then transferred onto garments using a heat press machine, resulting in vibrant and long-lasting prints.

12 pcs per design

DYE SUBLIMATION
Dye sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat to transfer an image into the fibers of a t-shirt. We can take a high resolution photo or artwork and transfer the image onto light color mostly poly garments. Dye sublimation produces high-quality, vibrant prints that are
long-lasting and less likely to fade or distort over time.
Available on:
60 poly/40 cotton blends
white or lighter colored garments (grey, ltblue, natural, etc)
must have at least 50% polyester fiber content. The higher the polyester the more vivid the design.
Minimum qtys:
12 pcs per design
