SCREEN~PRINTING
Screen printing is the most economical process for bulk orders, the process involves transferring a stenciled design on a flat surface with ink, a mesh screen/stencil, and a squeegee. For a multi-colored design, it is necessary to apply each individual color with a separate screen/stencil. Screen printing has higher minimum quantity requirements than other printing methods because of the high cost and time of initial setup.
Minimum qtys:
24 pc minimum for 1-2 color designs/1 location
48 pc minimum for 3+ color designs/1-2 location
Prices vary based on:
1) Chosen garments
2) Number of colors in your design (ea screen/color $30)
3) Number of print locations
4) Quantity
4) Color of garment (black and dark garments require addtl cost/extra coat)

DTF TRANSFERS
For small orders full color detailed designs we offer Direct-to-Film transfers. This process uses specialized printers to apply ink onto a thin film which is then backed by an adhesive powder. The adhesive-backed ink is then transferred onto garments using a heat press machine, resulting in vibrant and long-lasting prints.

DYE SUBLIMATION
Dye sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat to transfer an image into the fibers of a t-shirt. We can take a high resolution photo or artwork and transfer the image onto light color mostly poly garments. Dye sublimation produces high-quality, vibrant prints that are
long-lasting and less likely to fade or distort over time.
Available on:
60 poly/40 cotton
white or lighter colored garments (grey, ltblue, natural, etc)
must have at least 50% polyester fiber content
Minimum qtys:
12 pcs per design
